Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. I'm Colette and my pronouns are she/her. I have a profound passion for relationships and the systems that influence our identities. Whether working with families, couples, children, adolescents, or individuals, I focus on Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems theory. I am dedicated to fostering connection and helping you explore and address feelings that may be hidden or blocked. My approach is curious and compassionate, aiming to ask the hard questions in the gentlest way possible.
My approach is deeply rooted in anti-oppression and trauma-informed practices. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and Indigenous Studies from the University of Manitoba and am currently completing a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Winnipeg.
I believe that “there is more that connects us as human beings than divides us.” You will find a warm and deeply caring environment in my therapy sessions. If you’re grappling with questions like “Who am I?” or “Why is this happening?”, let’s work together to uncover your true self.
