I’m excited you’re here. It means you are curious, asking questions, and taking the brave step to find support. I am an artist, a fur mama, a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, uniquely abled, and a professional helper. Both creativity and therapy have been a close part of my personal and professional journey, as I have travelled through different seasons and changes in my own life.

I believe all growth, healing, and change come from creativity inside us, and all humans are born creative. Being creative is not about being an artist. Being creative is about asking questions. Since you are here, it probably means you may have started asking some big life questions. It’s my hope to walk alongside people as they explore these questions, and find new ways to be in relationship with themselves, their bodies, their loved ones, and their communities. I value authenticity, self-expression, trust, humour, care, and curiosity in my work with each person.

I have over 20+ years of experience as a clinical social work, and have a wide range of skills and training in traditional talk therapies, expressive art therapy, movement/body work, and EMDR. I have a large toolkit so I can provide support to meet the unique needs of each person/couple/relationship, and believe that all therapy should be client driven. My goal is to use each session to slow down and connect with the full person, including the body and mind. Our bodies hold emotions, and carry our lived experiences, our celebrations, and our traumas, so change and healing often includes reconnecting with our bodies- and the wisdom they hold.

If you have questions and want to see if this is a fit for you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
